TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR PARCEL
At Moskova, our goal is to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible.
Packages are generally shipped the same day for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. and the following day for orders placed after 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
We offer several delivery options to fit your budget, schedule and convenience.
DPD Relay OPTION
The advantage of sending to a Relay is that you can choose your pickup location from thousands of pickup points and with flexible opening hours based on your availability. In addition, this method is highly secure since your package is delivered against signature.
The only drawback is that the delivery time is longer between 3 and 6 working days from dispatch.
DPD Predict OPTION, home delivery by DPD France
Thanks to the Predict service, DPD provides you with a suitable delivery solution offering you the possibility of:
- Know the delivery time slot in which you will be delivered
- Change your delivery choice in case of absence
- DPD will notify you by SMS and email as soon as they take charge of your package.
- On the day of the expected delivery, you will receive an SMS and an email indicating the delivery time slot and your secure delivery code
- The package is delivered within the indicated time slot, following the safety instructions for a completely secure contactless delivery for the delivery person and you.
This service offers you maximum flexibility thanks to the following options:

Delivery to another address
Want to have your order delivered to a different address? No problem! Simply select this option and enter your new delivery address in your dedicated space. - Delivery to a neighbor
Even more flexibility and comfort if you want to have your order delivered to a neighbor - Delivery to the workplace
You have the option of having it delivered to your workplace -
Delivery on another date
You have the option to reschedule the delivery of your packages to a later date, up to 5 working days.
DPD Classic OPTION, delivery to business address / Workplace
Have your parcel delivered directly to your business or workplace only during opening hours, as DPD drivers will take advantage of their collection rounds to deliver your parcel to you.
OPTION by La Poste, Colissimo 48H without signature
This method is faster than Relay but a little more expensive and there is no signature upon delivery.
La Poste advertises delivery within 48 hours, but we have noticed that if you live in a large city or around the South West, there is a good chance that you will be delivered the day after your order if we receive it before 12 p.m.
OPTION by La Poste, Chronospost in 24 hours
We also offer the Chronopost service, which is faster and more secure than Colissimo, but it comes at a slightly higher cost. This service is a very good option for deliveries outside mainland France because it is less expensive than the Express options, but it is also a solution if you want to receive your package in France within 24 hours of dispatch (if ordered before noon, dispatched the same day).
FEDEX Express OPTION
This is a very fast option when your delivery address is outside mainland France. It comes at a high cost, and we don't recommend it if you live in France because, in our opinion, the savings aren't worth the cost.
However, for any delivery abroad, this is a very good option due to its speed and efficiency. This method requires a signature upon receipt.
In all cases, our shipping costs include order preparation, packaging and shipping and under no circumstances do we make a profit on shipping costs; on the contrary, we often take part of these costs into our own charge to minimize the cost of your order.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a size or product, nothing could be simpler.
Simply send the product to the address below with a check for €6.90 for shipping, repackaging and return processing costs.
Please ensure the product is in new, unwashed, unused condition, in its original packaging and with tags attached.
Please also attach a copy of the invoice specifying the product you wish to exchange as well as the reference and size of the product you wish to return.
Upon receipt, we will send you the product in the size of your choice.

RETURNS
The Customer has a period of:
• 14 (fourteen) clear days from the date of delivery, to inform the Seller of his wish to exercise his right of withdrawal and request reimbursement of the products ordered: Contact us at info@moskova-europe.com
• Then 15 days from this exercise to return, at its own expense, the products ordered.
Return conditions
Products that may be returned by the Customer to the Seller must:
- have been previously purchased by the Customer on the Site
- have been delivered to the Customer
- be in new condition for remarketing with original packaging and tags attached
- be accompanied by the invoice included in the delivery, in order to provide proof of purchase of the product on the Site and the date of purchase of this product
