BIOGRAPHY

Jeremy is part of the founders of Moskova, with Miky Picon and Patrick Beven. He is the most successful European professional surfer of all time. His four victories on the championship circuit include a historic home win in the Quiksilver Pro France (2019), a double Pipe Masters victory (2010, 2017) and the Billabong Pro Teahupoo (2015), three of the world's most iconic and challenging waves.

Jeremy grew up on Reunion Island. That's where he learns surfing since the age of 3. His father Patrick played a fundamental role in the development of his career as a professional surfer by being his coach for many years. His globetrotting lifestyle allows him to discover different cultures and to surf the best waves in the world, whether in Reunion Island, Hawaii or Tahiti. As a teenager, he came to France to live his dream of professional surfing. Flores joined the Tour in 2007 at the age of 18, and had one of the most successful first year seasons in the history of the Tour, finishing No. 8 in the world and winning the Rookie of the Year award. Jeremy already had a very big reputation at the time, Kelly Slater would say of him "Jeremy surfs better than me at the same age".

Jeremy is known for his ability to tube and his engagement in big waves, which made him win two of the most beautiful steps of the World Tour (Pipeline and Teahuppo). Since 2011, he has the privilege attending the Eddie Aikau Memorial every year, where only the world's biggest loaders are guests.

The rest of the time, Jeremy lives in the Landes in France, where he comes to recharge his batteries and enjoy the Landes beach breaks. It is thanks to his victory in Hossegor, but also thanks to his spectacular 2019 season, that Jeremy has been selected for the Tokyo Summer Olympics in 2020.

JEREMY AND THE MOSKOVA FAMILY

Jeremy is part of the founding team of Moskova and has been actively involved in the development of the brand since its beginnings. Yannick Beven, BJJ black belt and former professional surfer, supervises the preparation of the Quicksilver Elite Team, of which he is part. He also gives BJJ lessons at our dojo located in the heart of the European headquarters in Biarritz. Many of our Moskova ambassadors take advantage of our dojos and training rooms for their physical preparation, Jeremy is one of them. Many surfers practice bjj in complementarity with surfing, it is one of the dimensions of Moskova and Jeremy is one of its legitimate representatives.

BONUS : THE GLORY DAY AND THE WINTER AT LA GRAVIERE OF JEREMY (VIDEOS)

Watch Jeremy's victory and enter into the backstage area of the Quiksilver Pro France 2019 in Hossegor. 40 minutes to sum up Jeremy's day and his victory that resulted in his selection for the Tokyo Summer Olympics in 2020.

"I've always had a special connection with La Gravière. I've been surfing there since I was super young, but I felt like I had a love/hate relationship with the wave. I used to have a lot of fun in free surfing, but in competitions, it was if I was struggling. Since I won, I feel like I have a more supernatural connection to the waves here."
