Our objective is to give you many options so you can chose the one that better fits your schedule and budget.
We offer Chronopost, which is the preferred shipping option of most of our outside of France / European Union customers because of its reliable, fast and affordable cost.
You can also choose DPD as a carrier, it is most affordable then Chronopost but it can take a bit longer.
For express needs or customers outside of the European Union, we also offer FEDEX Express international services.
You just need to select the option in your order processing steps.
Please note, that we want to get your products to you as soon as possible, so any other placed before 12h noon will ship the same day!
If you would like to make an exchange, we make it very easy for you.
You will need to send the product to be exchanged to the below address and make a payment via Paypal of 6,90€ to cover return shipping cost and reconditionning of the product. Our Paypal account is: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure that the returned product is in brand new condition, never worn never washed and includes all hang tags and packaging.
You will need to add a copy of the original invoice and precise the product and size that you would like to exchange for.
As soon as we receive it, we will ship your desired product.

We offer a 14 day period from the day of delivery to return your products to us.
Simply send us an email on email@example.com asking for a return authorization, let us know the reason for the return and if you would like to make an exchange, specify the item, color and size that you would like.
Once you receive an answer back from us, you can send the products to:
